Second, by the time an agent begins to grasp one of these complex tools, the next “latest and greatest” solution emerges. This immediately pulls focus, causing agents to abandon their current investment and pour more time and money into the newest offering. This endless cycle of distraction ensures agents spend a fortune on fleeting trends instead of building a stable business.
Quality training focuses on the basis first. That’s what I do. I focus on the basics of selling more real estate with tried and true practices that will survive any market, any new trend, and will always be the most effective and least expensive way of earning a living in real estate.
